At checkout, you are presented with secure manual transfer instructions (International Wire/PayPal or Local GCash/Bank Transfer). You complete the transfer outside the portal and upload the transaction receipt directly into the secure portal chat for verification.

Work is delivered based on your plan. The Essentials plan includes one active request at a time, while the Professional plan allows two concurrent requests. Once approved, you receive final high-resolution source files and the slot reopens for your next project, ensuring a simple, flexible, and predictable design workflow.
